The 2008-2010 Strategy does not duplicate the National Strategy to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings, but considers the issue of trafficking in children in a more comprehensive way, within the context of the National Strategy, and highlighting the specific approach and measures needed when dealing with minors. It seeks to intensify, for this purpose, coordination and cooperation between government institutions and bodies, international and domestic organizations and NGOs.
