General Recommendations for EU Action in relation to Unaccompanied and Separated Children of Third Country Origin "Addressing the protection gap for unaccompanied and separated children in the EU: role of the Stockholm Programme", organized by Save the Children under the auspices of the Swedish Presidency, Brussels, September 15, 2009

Save the Children together with Human Rights Watch, the Separated Children in Europe Programme, UNICEF and UNHCR issued general recommendations on possible EU measures to be included in a future action plan on separated children in Europe. The advocacy paper was put together as a recommendation to the Swedish Presidency.
