TACT III is the new phase of a 5-year consistent effort to address child trafficking and aims the strengthening and sustaining of a child protection safety net. This will involve capacity building of State institutions through a comprehensive and progressive transfer of skills as well as support of the development of communities’ capacities to address the phenomenon at their level.
