The report gives an overview of the regional situation and for each country presents an assessment of the situation and the existing responses to trafficking with a focus on the status of the implementation of the National Plans of Action, legislative reform, victim assistance, trafficking in children and prosecution. The report does not aim to analyse all the anti-trafficking initiatives in the region, but rather to emphasise the concrete steps undertaken by the participating agencies.
