Albania €2 million project of the EU provides for Juvenile Reintegration Centre in Kavaja

‘Balkans.com’ reports that the EU provided 2 million Euros for the construction and equipment of a juvenile reintegration centre in Kavaja, Albania, which was recently inaugurated. The staff running the centre also receives training as part of the project. The facility houses 39 minors who receive compulsory education, but they also benefit from workshops, leisure activities and can access health facilities.
