‘The Moscow Times’ reports that the Perm City Court ordered 41 of the defendants to serve prison terms of 10 months to 10 years for organizing and soliciting prostitution through an illegal sex organization* that operated from 1999 to 2006 and exploited more than 200 women, including at least 28 who were minors. The court ultimately recognized 34 women as victims of the prostitution business, and 14 of them were minors.
