Bulgaria Abandoned children - the latest numbers

‘The Sofia Echo’ reports that 200 children younger than three have already been abandoned this year in Bulgaria. The country has the largest number of such young abandoned children among European countries. The article also says that 70 per cent of children placed in social institutions in Bulgaria are Roma.
