Russia Adoption Deal Fast-Forwarded for Approval

‘Moscow Times’ reports that the new Russian-US child adoption agreement is ready for approval, after the American party accepted most demands. Adoptive parents will now undergo special training and only authorized agencies will coordinate adoptions. American parents will need to report on the conditions of the children and will have to allow social workers to visit them.
