The Coalition “All Together against Child Trafficking” brings together 25 local and international NGOs. It is seeking to contract a group of researchers or research company to conduct the Situational Analysis Report on Child Protection in Albania 2009-2010, based on the previous Analysis of the Child Protection System in Albania – UNICEF, 2007 in order to update and provide information on the current Child Protection system, gaps and challenges on child protection; to summarize the necessary changes on policy and legislation and identify significant areas of improvement – including the general response from the State and civil society organizations on the issue. . A working group composed of several BKTF members will facilitate and advise the researchers or company in conducting the analysis.
