UK Alleged abuse of abducted 'miracle child' poses more questions for council that failed Baby P

• Police check claims that a 5 years old child, named as Child C had been suffering abuse and physical harm from his adopter. Police investigation will look at this new case in Haringey, which was accused by the media last week for its “inadequate” child protection measures following the death of Baby P, who died despite 50 visits from social workers and other public agencies, ‘The Guardian’ reports.
