Russia Belgian Held in Child Sex Investigation

‘The Moscow Times’ reports that a Belgian man was detained for suspicion of sexually exploiting children in Russia. According to an investigative committee, the person had been previously convicted for child abuse in Belgium. This time he and a Russian man were both involved.
