Kosovo, Western Europe Benelux agreement leaves Roma at risk of persecution in Kosovo

Amnesty reports that an agreement signed by the Benelux countries to enforce the removal of Roma to Kosovo means serious risk of human rights violations. Kosovo – according to Amnesty – has so far shown no willingness to ensure minority communities are properly reintegrated in the community. Without addressing their severe discrimination Roma are possibly facing persecution.
