Bulgaria Child dies from malnourishment in Vratsa

‘Sofia Echo’ reports of a child dying from malnourishment in the Bulgarian city of Vratsa. The article mentions that the sad incident happened within the Roma ‘ghetto’ where people have long complained of bad housing conditions. Social workers found surviving children also in a bad state and so put them into care.
