Sweden Child poverty increases in Sweden: report

‘The Local’ reports that according to a new report of Save the Children, the number of children living in poverty is increasing in Sweden since 2008. That year 11,5% of children were living in families that could not afford the basics such as food, clothing and housing. Poverty is five times as common among children of foreign backgrounds and three times as common for children in single-parent families.
