Europe Children may get lessons on TV propaganda

‘The Moscow Times’ reports that the Moscow City Duma is considering a plan to introduce classes in school to develop a critical attitude in children to mass media. Children could be taught how to separate useful from manipulative information. In a country where all national television channels are controlled by government, critics have complained that news reports are slanted to further state interests.
