Ukraine Children still have it rough

‘Kyiv Post’ reports of the press conference of the Ukrainian human rights ombudsman on November 20th, giving a progress report on the state of the nation’s children. She pointed out child poverty that remains very high and said that continued reform needs to take place in juvenile justice and child health care systems.
