Kosovo, Germany Children victimised when families are forced to return to Kosovo

Human Rights Commissioner Hammarberg published a statement – referring to the report of UNICEF – saying that the practice of some Western European countries to forcibly return people to Kosovo victimises children, that make up 40% of the number returned. They have grown up in these countries and suddenly are taken away from friends, schools and the language they speak.
