Czech Republic Children's criminal liability age remains 15 years

“Ceske Noviny” reports that the minimum age of liability in the Czech Republic will remain at 15 years of age – according to the amendment to the new Penal Code, signed by the President Vaclav Kalus. The same will be the age limit of sexual consent. Some critics pointed out that this latter age limit would be abused by pedophiles.
