Cyprus Children’s rights being violated authority figures

‘Cyprus Mail’ reports that the Child Commissioner presented its annual report for 2009 which includes 170 complaints against teachers, police officers, parents and others for child rights violations. One of the most serious accusation involved a boy that was placed in protective custody in a hostel where adults also lived and who abused the boy.
