Extracts from the concept paper: Improving children’s access to justice, both at national and international level, is one of the objectives of the programme “Building a Europe for and with children”.
Conference aims:
1. Examine the functioning of international monitoring mechanisms dealing with children rights
2. Raise awareness of international law professionals
3. Provide a platform for an exchange of views between members of various monitoring bodies from different regions in the world
4. Identify issues that could be put forward at the 27th Conference of European Ministers of Justice (Lanzarote, 25-26 October 2007).
