Europe Conference taps viewpoints of region's youth

'Southeast European Times' reports on the first youth meeting of the Conference of the Union of Central and South-Eastern European Capitals (Athens, Belgrade, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Tirana, Vienna and Zagreb). In this article we learn that a recent UNDP study, “The Silent Voice”, found that “63% of citizens under the age of 30 wish to leave the country, and more than half say they have no interest in youth policy issues."
