Russia Cops Idle, Vigilantes Seek to Stop Child Abuse

‘The Moscow Times’ reports – in an article with a tabloid-like title- about the efforts of grassroots organisations to expose people who groom children on the internet. Unfortunately Russian legislation does not allow the arrest, unless child abuse has already taken place. It seems there is no support among legislators and politicians to change this, while NGOs and human rights activists are getting more and more desperate in an effort to prevent abuse of children.
