Albania Counter trafficking programs of USAID: 3 articles and country reports
11 May 2009
The Newsletter of USAID ‘Frontlines’ published three articles – as part of its “Focus on Albania”. The three articles depict cases of women who had been trafficked out of Albania for sexual exploitation – when still minors. The article by Kelly Cronen provides a personal viewpoint of the human dimension of the phenomenon, by a professional who has been involved in counter trafficking programs for a long time. With realism and sincerity, she is analysing what interventions* *can (or cannot) do for the victims.
