• ‘Times of Malta’ reports that the Jesuit Refugee Service published testimonies of asylum seekers about conditions in Libya. These statements reveal serious hardship these migrants faced. In this light, pushing back 1409 migrants to Libya means they cannot get the protection they are entitled to.
