Europe EU Agenda: Launch of a border management package

The Europe channel, 'Eux.TV' announces that the European Commission will focus on the EU external borders on the 13 February. The aim is to improve the external border control standards and at the same time protecting the victims of human trafficking. Another proposal of the Commission is to set up a European Border Surveillance System which should increase security in the Schengen area by preventing illegal immigration, trafficking of human beings, terrorism etc.
