European Union EU Court: non-EU parents can stay with child which is an EU national

Google reports through AP that the European Court of Justice ruled that parents of children with an EU nationality should be allowed to live and work there. The article mentions the case of two Colombian nationals who were refused refugee status but who have two children with Belgian nationality, born in Belgium. They can now remain there, otherwise the children would be deprived of their rights as EU citizens.
