European Union European Protection Order for victims under spotlight by MEPs

‘Penki’ reports that the European Parliament’s Civil Liberties and Women’s Rights Committee discussed the so-called European Protection Order which would ensure the protection of women fleeing abroad from physical, sexual or psychological abuse. While legal definitions are not clear yet, the final document is expected in the next few days and will be tabled in Parliament.
