Russia Foreign adoptions slammed in St. Petersburg

‘The Moscow Times’ reports that the governor of St.Petersburg called on a ban on foreign adoptions in the city. She said foreign adoption was a ‘fashionable fad’ that leads to the torturing of children. Rather she proposed the increased child support for families with adopted children.
