Europe Forum criticised for neglecting children's rights

‘CRIN’ published the press release of Eurochild, criticizing last week’s European Demographic Forum for not discussing how policies impact children’s rights and the quality of childhood in Europe. It notes that 19 per cent of children are at risk of poverty and there are pockets of communities where joblessness is the norm. It calls on intergenerational solidarity to solve these problems and to apply a child-centred approach.
