Europe Four Roma families accept emergency housing offer

• ‘YLE’ reports that the City of Helsinki offered emergency housing for 11 people, including seven children due to the ongoing severe cold weather. The people are Romanian Roma who travelled to Finland for work but are currently working as beggars or collecting bottles. The emergency housing also provides space for social workers to start working with the families.
