Romania Half of Romanian pupils fail their exams

‘Balkan Insight’ reports that 44% of Romanian high school students have failed their graduation exams after stricter measures were introduced at preventing cheating. This number is almost double last year’s. 700 students were not allowed to graduate because they were cheating during the exams. Some 60 exam centres installed security cameras to supervise exams.
