Greece Hammarberg intervenes before the Strasbourg court

The Council of Europe reports that Human Rights Commissioner submitted an intervention to the European Court of Human Rights in a group of cases concerning return of asylum seekers to Greece *under the ‘Dublin Regulation’. The Commissioner concluded that *current asylum law and practice are not in compliance with international and European human rights standards.
