Hope and Homes for Children Romania (HHC Romania) published the results of a thorough review of the situation of children in placement centres and of the organisational structure of the General Directions of Social Assistance and Child Protection at a national level. The report presents a complex evaluation of the child protection system in Romania and ends with a series of conclusions and legislative recommendations.
