Ireland Hopes of migrant children must be listened to

• ‘Irish Times’ reports that a recently published study on migrant children looked separately at the experience of children from African, Eastern European and Latin American migrants and returning Irish emigrants. School was found to be a key factor in children’s well-being and the report pointed at the lack of in-service training available for teachers in schools with pupils from migrant backgrounds.
