had time to discuss the fundamentals of our planned training and that was most valuable"_ said Justyna Janiszewska, trainer of the Polish Foundation for Education Democracy after a 3-day training of trainers that was organised for partners of the EU-funded project ‘GREAT’. The goal of this training was to help partners design and implement their own trainings in their own countries. All participants agreed that during this most intensive course they learnt a lot about planning of trainings, facilitation methods and giving feedback and appreciated the chance to try their newly acquired skills in a safe environment. All four partners designed the skeleton of their future trainings in Human Rights Based Approaches to Development – tailored to different target audiences – and practiced implementing one of the sessions within that program.
