Ireland, Hungary Hungary's practice on child abduction questioned

‘Irish Times’ reflects on a case in which a Hungarian mother abducted her child from the Irish father that had legal custody of the child. Despite a Hungarian court ruling to return the child to the father, the child is still residing in Hungary with her mother. The father now appeals to the European Court of Human Rights saying Hungary is in breach of The Hague convention.
