Spain Illegal immigration in Canaries at 10-year low: authorities

- ‘AFP’ reports that according to Spanish regional authorities the number of migrants reaching the Canary Islands fell to a 10-year low last year. This fall is mainly due to the strengthened patrolling of the coasts and repatriation agreements with several African countries.
