Italy Illegal migrants branded criminals

‘Sunday Herald’ reports that riots broke out in three overcrowded immigrant detention centers in northern Italy last week as the new law came into effect, making illegal immigration a specific crime. While doctors and teachers are exempt from the obligation to report illegal immigrants, many illegals fear contact with national health administration. There is already a 35% decline in access to health of this group, raising fears of pandemics.
