Kosovo International Roma Day: culture and fun

49 children form the Roma communities participated to an activity organized by Terre des Hommes to celebrate the International Roma Day in partnership with NGO Multiculture of Kosovo and Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

In the morning the children visited the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports where the secretary and head of Youth Department welcomed and greeted them with a speech on importance of child rights. This was followed by a visit at the national museum of Kosovo. While in afternoon various psychosocial activities were held as well as lecture on Roma history. All this was concluded with a mini spectacle of music and dance. [AK]
