Extract: In its last edition, the IPJJ newsletter informs about two upcoming conferences on juvenile justice organised by Panel members. DCI will be organizing an international Conference from the 1-3 October, 2008 in Brussels (Belgium) entitled “Ending Violence Against Children in Juvenile Justice Systems: From Words to Action” (Conference website here). The “III International IJJO Conference” organised by the International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO) together with the County Council of Justice and Public Administrations of the Generalitat Valenciana (Spain) will take place in Valencia (Spain) on October 21-22 2008 (Conference website here). And many other news related to juvenile justice issues in Europe and other parts of the world.
