Ukraine It happens to men, too

‘Transitions Online’ published a commentary about trafficking men and boys – in light of the recent economic crisis. It refers to a “2008 IOM study”:http://tdh-childprotection.org/component/option,com_doclib/task,showdoc/Itemid,55/docid,783/ on the trafficking of men in Ukraine. Apparently more and more boys and men are being trafficked for bonded labour, while there is little focus on the issue. In Ukraine, for instance, of the 30 organizations combating human trafficking; there are only four dealing with male victims according to the IOM’s Kyiv office.
