Kosovo Kidnapped Kosovo boy returned home

‘Balkan Insight’ reports of a case in which a boy was kidnapped by unknown people from his home. Police found him in another area of Pristina – thanks to reports of the public. According to the article, kidnapping for ransom is on the rise in Kosovo, although this is the first time it involves a child.
