UK Lancashire teenager voted 'to make a difference'

BBC’ reports that a 14-year-old boy from Lancashire voted in the general elections in the UK. He was only ‘caught’ after he told a teacher at school. He said he was “very serious” about politics and “wanted to make a difference”.
