Romania Locking up traffickers didn't change a thing

• ‘Helsingin Sanomat’ published a news analysis by writer Kimmo Oksanen, about the phenomenon of Romanian beggars in Helsinki streets, after a criminal gang involved in trafficking was caught in Brichis, Romania. He expresses his concern that although this time the leaders were charged, it would not stop the traffic of human beings into Finland.
