Europe Malta 'exemplary' in fight against human trafficking

According to the ‘Times of Malta’, there were 18 cases of women victims of human trafficking in Malta between 2004 and 2007 (UN report). The newspaper says it is few compared to other countries, but adds that these cases are still nightmarish, as illustrated by the story of a young Swedish women who made headlines in media last year.
