Albania, Romania, Moldova MOVE Annual Report - Education institutions are now convinced of the benefits

September, 2011, Lausanne, Switzerland: Terre des hommes published the annual report of the MOVE project’s fourth year, which provides clear evidence that the Movement, Games and Sports (MGS) methodology decreases the percentage of children with dysfunctional behaviour. The benefits of the program for vulnerable children can also be evidenced by the fact that official education institutions in the three countries where the project is being implemented are convinced of the benefits and are conducting an accreditation process of the methodology nationally in the three countries where the project is being implemented. In terms of numbers A total of 6500 children have benefited from the MOVE project over the last year and 880 animators have been trained in the Movement, Games and Sport (MGS) methodology. [JA]
