UK MP urges fines for credit card firms over child porn

BBC’ reports that a Labour MP in the UK raised the issue of anonymous buyers of child porn online. While action had been taken to stop credit and debit cards being used for the purpose, now there are pre-paid cards that can be bought and then used to pay for child porn. He suggested that credit card companies were not pro-active to fight this crime.
