2 Jun 2010 |

‘News Scotsman’ reports that the Scottish government set forth a new guidance for how to better protect children. It proposes that mental health, criminal justice and education services link up with children and families to stop them slipping through the net. It specifically mentions the issues of trafficking, female genital mutilation, honour violence, on-line predators and bullying. There is special concern of Vietnamese children being trafficked to work in cannabis farms.
