European Union, Russia Open atmosphere as EU and Russia talk human rights

‘ENPI’ reports that the EU and Russia had a new round of consultations about human rights in Brussels in an open and constructive atmosphere. Focus was given to fight against discrimination and the rights of the child – among other topics. While the EU raised concerns about specific human rights cases, they also discussed practical ways of cooperation in the areas of focus.
