Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Open Gate La Strada awarded for child trafficking project

Skopje, Macedonia: Open Gate/La Strada Macedonia with the project ‘Prevention campaign against trafficking in children’ is the only awarded organization from Macedonia in the competition for the ERSTE awarding found. The price is created to select the best 20 projects and organizations from B&H, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. Open Gate has applied competing with 1300 other applications from 8th countries in this region. From the 20 selected projects ten winning projects and ten honored will be publicly announced at the awarding ceremony in Bucharest on 25th of June 2009.
